The HR Officer is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment, personnel affairs, and employee relations at Nature for Environmental and Agricultural Solutions L.L.C.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in HR or personnel administration
Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
