Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a Telecom or IT environment

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (UAE / UK / KSA as applicable)
Oversee visa processing, work permits, renewals, and employee documentation
Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
Coordinate performance management and employee relations
