The TFA FEP is an entry level position. You will develop in-depth technical expertise and leadership skills while traveling to customer sites to support installation, maintenance, and warranty work with industrial power generation rotating equipment.

• Technical/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in field services or power generation equipment maintenance.
• Strong technical competence in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams.
• English proficiency required.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

• Perform on-site installation and preventive maintenance of systems.
• Respond to requests for emergency repairs.
• Provide technical assistance to customer representatives.
• Perform administrative functions like writing technical reports and time sheets.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset.
