We are looking for a team member to join the Customer Operations Team with excellent knowledge of how the supply chain process works, have a positive impact on the front line ensuring orders are processed efficiently. المتطلبات

• Willingness to experience within supply chain organization (especially in customer service department)
• Knowledge of order to cash process, logistic services
• Strong collaboration ability to develop strong relationships
• Ability to analyze multiple/different source of data to identify issues
• Experience working with SAP, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in Data Analytics using Power BI
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Russian

• Working together with CAT customers and sales team supporting claim management
• Optimize customer inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system
• Participate customer meetings driving operations agenda
• Order to Cash process optimization
• Resolves unacceptable situations with customers, shipping locations, carriers, and analysts
• Acts as liaison between customer, sales, customer service and carriers
• Manage allocation process in the Business Unit with Customer Development team
