To provide timely delivery of documents, messages, and small parcels within and outside the company premises, supporting smooth office and operational functions.

المتطلبات

• Previous experience as a Messenger, Office Runner, or similar role (preferred)
• Valid UAE Driving License (if delivery involves driving)

المسؤوليات

• Deliver documents, letters, files, and parcels to internal departments
• Collect and deliver official correspondence, cheques, and office materials
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and receipts
• Assist office staff in administrative support tasks
• Ensure confidential information is handled securely
• Report any delays, issues, or lost items promptly
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of assigned vehicles
• Support other operational or office staff with errands
