Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) will serve as the frontline fundraiser for the School of Pharmacy and the Alice Ramez Chagoury School of Nursing and LAU Medical Centers. S/he will work closely with leadership to identify funding priorities and engage donors.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree; background in Biological Sciences, Healthcare or Public Health preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in frontline fundraising and closing major gifts
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Raiser’s Edge NXT)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong MS Office skills

• Serves as the primary fundraiser for assigned schools and medical centers
• Develops and executes comprehensive fundraising strategies
• Builds and manages a portfolio of major gifts prospects and donors
• Expands the prospect pipeline through research and networking
• Conducts targeted meaningful visits and interactions annually
• Closes a target figure of gifts within a set time frame
• Prepares customized proposals and donor briefings
• Maintains accurate records in Raiser’s Edge NXT
• Travels domestically and internationally to meet prospects
