المتطلبات

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent education
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, regulatory affairs, or compliance, ideally in FMCG, health products, or direct selling industry
• Solid knowledge of Turkish regulatory frameworks and product registration processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving mindset

المسؤوليات

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, registration, and market launch through to maintenance and discontinuation
• Coordinate and oversee regulatory submissions, product registration, labeling, and certification processes
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams to localize global products
• Monitor and interpret changes in local and EU regulatory frameworks
• Conduct product risk assessments and support quality assurance processes
• Provide product expertise, compliance guidance, and regulatory documentation
• Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation and reports
• Execute product- and compliance-related projects assigned by the regional office.
