We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with blue collar recruitment
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment consultancies
• Construction Industry/ Manpower Supply Industry: 2 years (Required)
• Contracting company background: 2 years (Required)
