You will partner closely with People Leaders to foster high-performing teams, drive talent management, and cultivate an inclusive culture. This role requires an experienced professional who delivers excellence in leadership development and colleague engagement.

• Significant experience delivering HR advisory and consulting services in a matrixed organization
• Deep knowledge of talent management frameworks and performance management
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong project management capabilities
• Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are highly desirable
