Training Specialist – Manufacturing (FMCG industry)

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and factory training, preferably within the Cosmetics or FMCG industry.

المتطلبات

• Proven experience as a Training Manager / Specialist in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in Urdu and Hindi (mandatory)
• Perfume industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong experience in factory floor training
• UAE experience preferred

• Plan and conduct factory and manufacturing training programs
• Deliver product and perfume-related training to production and sales teams
• Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, and presentations
• Train staff on quality control, safety standards, and best manufacturing practices
• Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
