AUIB is seeking a Dean for the College of Pharmacy to set a bold vision and manage the college's administrative and educational operations. This Baghdad-based role includes faculty recruitment, curricula development, securing ACPE accreditation, and leading the college's research strategy.

• Ph.D. or highest professional qualification in pharmacy
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in academic institutions
• Track record of scholarly and professional practice leadership

• Recruit and retain faculty and staff
• Develop college curricula and postgraduate programs
• Ensure effective delivery of academic programs
• Secure ACPE accreditation and manage regulatory affairs
• Oversee the appointment of technical and support staff
• Manage the annual budget of the college
• Lead the college's research strategy
• Represent the college at professional and governmental meetings
• Promote the college through fund-raising and alumni activities
