Serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services in support of the U.S. Department of State in Iraq. Responsible for accepting service calls 24/7 through shift work and managing maintenance data in GMMS or Maximo.

One (1) year experience providing help desk customer service
High school diploma or GED
Already possess a US Government issued security clearance or MRPT

Receive and document requests for maintenance via phone, walk-ins, and emails
Issue work order/service tickets in GMMS or Maximo
Process, track, and manage data in GMMS
Dispatch personnel by phone, email, or radio
Prioritize calls as emergency, urgent, or routine
Perform 100% customer call back to ensure satisfactory resolution
Perform operator-level preventive maintenance on desktop workstation
