Ensure proper quality and scheduling of the concrete prefab houses construction. Key duties include quality control over site works and coordination with different parties to solve site problems.

المتطلبات

• Extensive knowledge in all finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, wood works
• Should be an expert in AutoCAD and Excel
• Should have good knowledge of scheduling software's such as Primavera or Microsoft projects

المسؤوليات

• Quality control over the site works
• Identify site problems and coordinate with different parties to solve them
• Use Microsoft Project to prepare a schedule for project tasks
• Follow up the schedule of procurement and site activities
• Update the schedule on a weekly basis and send the report to the clients
