Quantity Surveyor (Construction Projects)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with around two years of experience in contracting construction projects. The candidate will support cost control, measurement, and contract administration activities to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a contracting construction company
• Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions preferred

المسؤوليات

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and accurate cost estimates based on drawings and specifications
• Monitor and control project costs, variations, and cash flow
• Prepare and verify interim valuations, subcontractor payments, and final accounts
• Manage variation orders, claims, and change documentation
• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and procurement for cost-related matters
• Assist with tendering, contract administration, and cost reporting
