An Emiratization Manager / Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the number of UAE Nationals in a company's workforce through recruitment, development, and retention programs.

Minimum 5-7 years experience in HR
3-8 years in a leadership or strategic role related to nationalization programs
