We are a leading Telecom & IT company seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support business operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HR operational experience, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a Telecom or IT environment
• Experience handling multi-country HR operations is an advantage
• HR Operations: 2 years (Preferred)

المسؤوليات

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (UAE / UK / KSA as applicable)
• Oversee visa processing, work permits, renewals, and employee documentation
• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with company standards
• Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and employee relations matters
• Support audits by maintaining accurate HR records and reports
• Work closely with management to support manpower planning and workforce operations
• Manage HR systems (HRMS), employee files, and data accuracy
