We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to oversee our financial operations, develop robust financial models, and manage investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and venture capital processes. This role is crucial in supporting our growth and ensuring our financial health.

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field, preferably with a master's degree in Finance
• 3+ years of experience in financial budgeting, planning, and control processes
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in using online software tools like Microsoft Office, Hubspot CRM, MS Teams, Clockify, etc.
• Experienced Excel user with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with angel investor networks and venture capital firms is preferred
• Attention to detail and time management skills

• Prepare and analyze budgets, financial models, create projections, monitor transactions
• Control company expenditures and transactional records for budgeting and reporting
• Conduct budget vs. actual reporting and monitor financial performance
• Prepare investor presentations and supporting financial reports
• Lead the venture capital search process and develop investor search strategies
• Manage VC investment search process through our CRM system
• Collaborate with management team to support strategic initiatives.
