Responsible for overall management, operation, and maintenance of labor accommodation camps.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience as Camp Boss or Supervisor in UAE construction sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and camp regulations
• Experience managing large labor camps (300+ manpower)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)

المسؤوليات

• Manage day-to-day camp operations: accommodation, utilities, and catering
• Maintain records of camp occupancy and inventory
• Ensure compliance with municipality guidelines and HSE standards
• Supervise camp staff: cooks, cleaners, security
• Ensure maintenance of facilities: plumbing, electrical, AC
• Maintain discipline and address worker grievances
