Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience in a pharmaceutical company event/congress operations
Knowledge of MoH processes
Fluent in English
SAP/Coupa experience is a plus

Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing & medical events
Manage MoH-related congress approvals and disclosures
Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and industry codes
Handle administrative processes like invoices and documentation
