Minimum 5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role, with focus on Microsoft cloud services
Familiarity with VDI and cloud-based endpoint management
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks
Experience with patch management, remote support, and system health monitoring
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Understanding of cloud security principles, endpoint protection, and identity governance
Experience writing and managing Group Policies (GPO) and Intune Configuration Profiles
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and Windows 365

Manage and maintain Microsoft-based IT infrastructure including Entra ID, Intune, and Azure
Design, implement, and maintain device configuration and compliance policies using Intune
Administer and troubleshoot user access and identity management solutions
Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, and device trust policies
Administer and support Windows-based operating systems
Monitor system health and proactively apply patches and updates
Oversee VDI operations to ensure optimal performance
Optimize policy configurations across Microsoft and Google Workspace environments
